It is with great sadness the family of Harry Gritchen announce his sudden passing on June 29th in his lifetime home in Glade B.C., at the age of 80.
He is survived by and will be lovingly remembered and missed by his spouse and life partner of 56 years Shirley (Markin), daughter Theresa (Ed) Pruss and grandson Haegen, daughter Christy (Lee) Holden and granddaughters Taylor, Grace, and Mia.
Also survived by his sister Nora Taranoff, sister-in- law Kathy Stewart, sister-in-law Louise (George) Keay, brother-in-law Pete (Deb) Markin, nieces and nephews.
He will be fondly remembered with a smile sitting at his usual spot at the dining room table or his favorite corner on the deck enjoying his yard and family. He will be missed for his ability to remember dates and events of years past at the drop of a hat.
Harry requested to be cremated with no service.
He will be forever in our hearts.
