Neal passed away peacefully at home after a brief battle with lung cancer. He was born in Rocky Mountain House but spent most of his life in BC. He grew up in Castlegar, called Kamloops his home
for many years and spent his last 2 years in Duncan where he lived with his siter, Margo Layher. It was his home.
Neal lived his life with no regrets. he loved the outdoors. He never did catch "Walter", the big one.
A sincere thank you to the Doctor's and nursing staff at Cowichan District Hospital.
