CONROY, IRENE
of Castlegar passed away peacefully at
Castle Wood on June 1, 2010. Irene was
born April 29, 1926 in Nelson, B.C.
She is survived by her loving
husband of 64 years Ed Conroy, her
children; Ed (Katrine), Lynsie (Aldo),
Alan (Kristina), and Janice (Jim), 14
grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, one
brother Cliff (Dorothy) Tipping, brother
in-law John Haack, and numerous nieces
and nephews.
By Irene’s request there will be
no service, and in lieu of flowers
donations can be made to the
B.C. Chapter of the
Canadian Liver Foundation:
