It is with deep sadness we announce that Jack passed away suddenly and peacefully at Castleview Care Centre at the age of 97.
The family wishes to extend sincere thank you to all the staff at Castleview Care Centre and Dr. M. Ankenbauer for the care and special attention that was provided for Jack.
Family would also like to thank all of Jack's friends who called and visited him over the years.
A celebration of life is being planned for the spring with further announcements to follow.
Cremation has taken place.
