It is with deep sadness we announce Jack Osachoff passed away peacefully February 1, 2018 at Surrey Memorial Hospital from a massive stroke at the age of 74.
Jack was predeceased by his partner Linda Los, parents Pete Osachoff and Mary Osachoff, his brothers Walter and Andy and his grandson Jaydon Osachoff.
Jack is survived by his son, Chris Osachoff; daughter, Janice (Bryce) Bankert; two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters; and his sister Kathy (Sam) Hadikin; two step-daughter Patti Shorrock (John) and Susan Los (Richard Witelock and two step-granddaughters); step-son John Los.
Cremation has taken place and no funeral service was held as per Jack's wishes.
Jack will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
