April 17, 1941 - October 7, 2020
It is with great sadness we announce that after a courageous battle with colon cancer, Jean passed away peacefully at home on October 7, 2020 at age 79. She was born on April 17, 1941 in Arundel, England and emigrated to Canada in 1967 as a high school teacher.
Left to mourn is her loving husband John of 49 years; daughter Christie (Glenn), grand daughters Emily and Neve; daughter Lara and grand daughter Elsie. She is also survived by her sister Ann (John) and brother Chris (Janet) in England.
A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Larocque for the years of care and support he provided to Jean. Thanks as well, to the palliative care team and home support group. There will be no funeral service at her request.
Eternal rest grant unto Nana, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she, through the mercy of God, rest in Peace.
