Jeremy Knight

March 3, 1954 - November 15, 2018
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Jeremy's passing after a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves behind Jean, his wife of 35 years, his son Paul (Jenna and Lola) and his daughter Robyn (Michael). He also leaves behind his brother Derek (Mieke), brother-in-law Ken (Val), brother-in-law Larry, sister-in-law Leoa, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John and Sue Knight and his in-laws Jim and Edie Clark.

Jeremy was a proud member of the RCMP and the 3rd Battalion of the PPCLI, retiring after serving 34 years. Jeremy was known for his love of the Montreal Canadiens, the Tottenham Hotspurs, gardening, and travelling with family and friends.

Special thanks to Dr. Makwati, Dr. Merritt, the wonderful staff at Talarico Place, and the Home Care nurses for the amazing care he received. Thank you to all of our friends for the visits and the friendship given to him.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his daughter's Ride to Conquer Cancer fundraiser or to the SPCA in honour of his love of cats.

There will be a gathering to celebrate Jeremy on Sunday, November 25 at 1:30 pm at the Castlegar Complex.
