On Sept 2, 2009, Joseph Boka, Owner of the Marlane Hotel, Castlegar - Husband, father and grand father passed away suddenly in Trail hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Molley, sons Colin and Simon, daughters Theresa and Tina, grandchildren Meghan, Ashley, Jordan, and Jessie. Joe was born August 15, 1935 in Aba, Hungary then came to Scotland in the up rise of Hungary in 1956. He then married Molly in 1958, then moved to London and emigrated to Calgary in 1971. He bought the Marlane Hotel in 1989 and moved to Castlegar. Joseph will be sadly missed by all. Celebration of life was held Saturday September 3, 2009
