1943-2021 ~ It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret Germaine Marsh, known to all of her friends and family as Gerry. She hoped to stay at home as long as possible; it was there she passed peacefully in her sleep on Saturday February 20th, 2021.
Gerry is survived by her loving husband John Marsh, all of her children, stepchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
We would like to send heartfelt thanks to Dr Makwati , what an amazing and caring soul he is. Also much love and thanks to the nurses and staff with home care services, without them her hopes of staying at home would have been impossible.
A special thank you to Eric and Janet at Castlegar Funeral Chapel for their compassion and assistance with the all the arrangements.
As requested by Gerry there will be no service, cremation has taken place.
