It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to a loving Mother and Grandmother.
Predeceased by her son, Mark, brother Kelly, brother-in-law Irwin and niece Anita.
Marlene leaves behind her daughter, Sandra (Bill) and children; Mark's children; sisters Margie (Vic), Gladys (Oliver), Sharon (Al), sister-in-law, Debbi (Lawrence); brother-in-law, Roger (Judith) and their families.
She had so many wonderful friends (too many to name) that she loved dearly and were a huge part of her life.
Marlene worked throughout her life at various jobs, finishing her career as a Cook at the Sandman Hotel in Castlegar, B.C.
The family would like to express many thanks to the wonderful Staff at Talarico and Dr. Merritt for the loving care that was given to Marlene.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no service at the request of Marlene. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Talarico Place and/or a charity of your choice.
