It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Michael Heard on April 25, 2016. Michael was born in Cornwall, United Kingdom, January 13, 1936.
He settled in Castlegar with his wife Teresa Heard (1940-2005) in 1980. He was an avid gardener and mischief maker. He will be missed by his sons Mark and Brendan, his daughters-in-law Jen and Sarah, his grandchildren Arthur, Wilf, Edie, Oliver and Tilly, as well as his friend and neighbour Irene, and his faithful companion Sarge.
