It is with heavy hearts, sorrow and shock we announce the passing of Pat Liber. Pat was diagnosed with lung cancer July 1st and passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 12th at Talarico Place.

Pat was born December 11, 1936. She met and married Frank Liber June 29th, 1962. Together they had two children, son Clay and daughter Joanne.

Pat was predeceased by her husband Frank, parents Murdo and Ruth Graham and her Uncle Bernie Johns.

She leaves behind her son Clay (Charlene) Liber, daughter Joanne (Alberto), grandchildren Makayla and Easton Ambrosio, her sister Heather Sittig and family, and her Aunt Mary Johns. Her faithful furry friend Asia will miss her cuddles and love.

Pat’s retirement in 1995 brought a new beginning to part of her life she was very proud of. She helped co-parent her grandchildren and built strong relationships that she was passionate about. She never missed an event in their lives. They brought Grandma into new technology communication with her IPad where she could always check in with them.

Pat’s move out of the family home to an adult community park brought many long lasting friendships that she always talked about. Her favourite times were the neighbor gatherings by the gas fire pit and going out for dinner with her friends.

At Pat’s request a family celebration of life in honor of her will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an SPCA of your choice.
