In loving memory ~
DUNN, Robert Curtis, age 62, passed away on November 22, 2023 in Kelowna General Hospital, after a valiant six-year struggle with numerous health challenges.
Left to mourn are Edith Dunn (mother), Darlene Dunn (sister), John (Joan) Dunn and Andrew (Shannon) Dunn. He is sadly missed by his girlfriend and close friends from Invermere and other places. Rob also had a special relationship with his nephew, Eric Molendyk of Burnaby B.C. He was predeceased in 2006 by his father, Jack Dunn.
The family wishes to express their thanks to the Home Hemodialysis Team in Trail and many other healthcare providers over the years. Special appreciation goes to the hospice volunteers of Invermere who sat with Rob during many long home dialysis sessions. Rob was very thankful for all the love and attention given to his basset hounds, Watson, and later, Rocky and Drew.
We wish to thank all the people who contributed to numerous fundraising efforts and special events over the years. Rob received support in so many ways. He always tried to help those who suffered and were in need. He valued relationships (including his dogs) over anything else.
