Teresa passed away peacefully at the Kootenay boundary regional hospital on April 28, 2018 with her family by her side.
Teresa leaves behind her siblings Gloria McMahon, Rosalie Jeffels, Tim Phillips (Liz), Glen Phillips (Terry) Robert "Shorty" Phillips (Jane) and Patricia Phillips. As well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
Teresa was very religious and belonged to the Kinnaird Church of God as a faithful member for many years. She was devoted to giving in both her time and her skills crocheting countless works of love to be donated and given away in the community and abroad. One of her famous crochet items to be loved were here amazing afghans.
"Terry", as her family knew her, had a great love for her furry four legged companion by the name of Shadow.
The family appreciates the love and support that Terry received from the church and her great friend Bev Pettit.
A funeral service will be held at the Kinnaird Church of God (2404 Columbia Ave, Castlegar BC V1N 2X5) on Monday May 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing one hour prior to the service time.
