William John Jmioff went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2018 at the age of 92. Bill was born in 1925 in Grand Forks, BC. His early years were spent in Arron, Saskatchewan, before moving to BC in 1940.
He met and married his wife Mabel in 1951. Together they had three children; Nina (Bill Meneer), Lori (Joe Brady) and Wes (Pia- nee Lavsten).
Bill's working life was spent primarily as a CAT operator working for logging companies in the Kootenays. Bill loved the Lord and appreciated the tranquility of nature and the great outdoors. He treasured time spent with family, especially with their two grandsons Jared and Daniel Brady.
He most recently celebrated the addition of Daniel's wife, Rebecca (nee Simon) to the family. Bill was predeceased by his daughter Nina.
A gentle and loving man- Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mabel and all of his family.
