I read in the Castlegar News that water, sewer and garbage rates are going up. Will the higher rate for water be the basic meter charge when they (the meters) come into operation?
As I only put out one garbage bag per month, my garbage must be very valuable stuff. As for the sewer, I seem to have had the average flow for the last few years, I did not think it had increased in value.
