The Castlegar Bluejays girls fastball team went undefeated in the regular season this year and finished first in their season wind-up tournament.
They lost only one game during the tournament and clinched the win in a final seven-inning battle against Trail, winning 13-12.
“I’m proud of them. It was an amazing year,” said coach Ryan Serreira. He also wanted to thank assistant coaches Kirk Morgan and Jamie Lactin.
