The Castlegar Rebels are inviting fans to come out and judge the players’ pumpkin carving display at their Oct. 28 home game against division rivals the Nelson Leafs.

Groups of three players will be divided into teams that will each create one carved pumpkin masterpiece to be displayed in the lobby at the game.

Voting will be done by cash donation with the pumpkin getting the largest donation declared the winner.

All proceeds will be donated to breast cancer causes in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
