The Stanley Humphries Secondary junior girls volleyball team started their season off with a play-day at home on Tuesday. SHSS lost to Nakusp 'A' and Salmo and beat Nakusp 'B' 25-18 and 25-19.
"The girls improved with every game in their first playda of the year," said manager Kim Matson.
