The West Kootenay Minor Lacrosse Association (WKMLA) represented the West Kootenays in High River Alberta April 27-29. The midget, bantam and peewee teams attended the three day tournament and came home with stellar results. The midget team overcame injuries and a short bench to bring home a bronze medal win. The bantam team dominated the tournament, winning all 5 games and brought home 1st place and the peewee team battled to the end to bring home a solid 5th place.
