The Kootenay South Youth Soccer Association (KSYSA) hosted its Eye of the Storm Tournament in Castlegar over the weekend.
Two U12 boys teams participated this year — Kootenay South Storm 1 and Kootenay South Storm 2 — and the two teams claimed the two top spots in their division, with KSS 2 claiming gold after defeating KSS 1 in the gold medal game.
Corey Scott of the KSYSA says it was a really good showing by all the association’s teams.
