Castlegar's Michelle Matson, a student at Stanley Humphries Secondary School, has been selected to the B.C. Under 14 Provincial Basketball team.
Michelle will be one of 24 players from across the province that will be practicing with the team and playing in several top level tournaments in B.C. and Washington state. She played this past year with the SHSS junior team and is currently a key member of the Kootenay summer games team.
