The Ross Van Mierlo sisters attended the provincial AA Swimming Championships last month in Surrey. Both girls swam a number of best times with Tenysha grabbing bronze in the 800 and 200 freestyle events. She also placed in the finals in the 400 free and the 200 backstroke.
