Rebels crush Summerland behind six points from Morisseau

Castlegar Rebels beat Summerland 9-3 in KIJHL action Saturday night.

First year Rebel Scotty Morisseau is finally looking like the defending KIJHL MVP after scoring a hat-trick and adding three assists to lead Castlegar to an easy 9-3 victory over Summerland on the road.

The win is the second in a row on a mini-swing through the South Okanagan after beating Osoyoos 3-2 on Friday.

Stuart Walton also had a strong game for Castlegar, scoring once and adding four helpers.
