West Kootenay U14 and U19 girls softball teams travelled to Summerland this past Mother's Day weekend and represented the area proudly.
A total of 24 teams competed in two divisions with the West Kootenay U14 and U19 teams both going 5 - 0 before coming to tight finishes (9 - 7 and 11 - 10 respectively) in the finals.
