Youth bowlers commemorated by Castlegar council

Four different youth bowling teams were honoured by Castlegar city council at the regular council meeting on April 17.

Four different youth bowling teams were honoured by Castlegar city council at the regular council meeting on April 17.

The teams were: Combo girls, who placed 3rd: Sydney Sherstobitoff, Ashley Rubner, Cheyanne Fergie, and coach Roland Handey; junior girls (5th): Tyra Medeiros, Kallie McIntosh, Taylor Stoushnow, Shayla Mederiros, and coach Shelly Stoushnow; Bantam Youth Doubles (3rd): Sydney Sherstobitoff, Ella Handley, and coach Derek Handley; and Junior Youth Doubles (4th): Ben Kamakoff, Michael Sheppard, and coach Lynn Smith.
