In Loving Memory ~

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ronald "Bruno" Minchin.

Those who saw Bruno would see a towering, intimidating man, but those who knew Bruno would see the kind, gentle-hearted, caring person that we all grew to love.

Bruno was meticulous in everything he set his mind to. He was a proud steamfitter and union member of the United Association union for over 50 years.

He had a passion for cooking and brought the same exacting standards to his food as he did to his work, ensuring that high-quality ingredients (many of which he crafted himself) contributed to a high-quality dish.

In his later years, Bruno enjoyed a peaceful, tranquil life in Slocan Park where he would enjoy nature on his porch and work on his legos.

Bruno is pre-deceased by his father and mother, Muriel and leaves behind many close friends who have had the pleasure of knowing him over the years.

There will be a private event for Bruno hosted in late May. If you have memories or photos of Bruno you wish to share, please email ron.minchin.memories@gmail.com
